Shipping PolicyCurrent processing time on orders is 7-10 business days (15 business days maximum), regardless of shipping speed selected at the time of checkout. Shipping speed determines how quickly the mail carrier can deliver package once it leaves our facility for shipping. Customer will be notified by email with tracking information when processing of their order is complete and it has been submitted to carrier service for shipment to final destination. If there is any cause for potential delay, customer will be notified directly by email.
